Privacy Policy
No accounts, no tracking cookies, no data sold. Here is precisely what happens when you visit bgHub.
Last updated: 26 July 2026
01The short version
bgHub is a static gallery. There are no accounts, no logins and no newsletter. We do not ask you for personal information, and we do not sell or share anything about you with advertisers.
02What we do not collect
Because the Site has no server-side application logic of its own, we do not collect:
- Names, email addresses or any other contact details, unless you email us yourself.
- Account credentials or profiles: there are none to create.
- Payment details: nothing on the Site is for sale.
- Advertising or cross-site tracking identifiers.
03Data handled automatically
Like any website, pages are delivered by a hosting provider that keeps standard technical logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer and timestamp. These logs exist to serve the pages, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and they are retained only for the short period our host keeps them.
05Analytics
If privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics are enabled on the Site, they are limited to counting page views and referrers without cookies and without storing personal identifiers. No individual visitor is identified, and no data is shared with advertising networks.
06Third-party services
Serving the Site involves a small number of providers that may process technical data on our behalf:
- Our hosting and CDN provider, which delivers the pages and assets.
- Google Fonts, used to load the typefaces the Site is set in.
These providers act as processors for the purpose of delivering the Site. Code you copy from bgHub runs entirely in your own project and sends nothing back to us.
07If you email us
When you write to goldynlabs@gmail.com, we hold your message and address for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to any mailing list.
08Children
The Site is a developer resource and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Because we hold almost nothing, such requests are usually trivial to satisfy: write to goldynlabs@gmail.com and we will confirm what, if anything, exists.
10Changes to this policy
If the way the Site handles data changes, for example if analytics are added or removed, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
